About the event

Fear of failure keeps so many of us stuck, hesitating, overthinking, waiting for the “right” time. But what if failure wasn’t something to avoid, but a necessary step toward success?

Inspired by the principles of Failing Forward by John C. Maxwell, this event is about shifting how we see setbacks, perfectionism, and progress. Through a mix of storytelling, interactive exercises, and small group discussions, you’ll learn to fail better, not less.

Join Alexis Barber, a lifestyle content creator, founder of Too Collective brand that specializes in luxe loungewear/ropes, and Wharton MBA candidate, as she shares insights on balancing a tech career, entrepreneurship, and self-care. In addition, joint Janel Abrahami, career coach, speaker, and Future of Work expert, empowering millennials to navigate purposeful career pivots and build fulfilling professional lives.

You’ll also hear from Drew Townsel, a digital creator known as social media’s “overly ambitious bestie.” As the founder of Intersect Magazine and a CHANEL associate, Drew shares insights on ambition, growth, and building a career on your own terms. And, Hannah Zhang, a Product Marketer and content creator, helps professionals embrace career plot twists. With experience in finance, tech, and an MBA from Wharton, she offers strategies for navigating unconventional career paths.

Prepare for an evening of real talk, mindset work, and connection with like-minded women. Whether you’re navigating career decisions, creative risks, or personal growth, this is your space to gain clarity and move forward.
